HOW DO I GET STARTED ?

Once you reach out to us, our team will ask you to send us a sample of the tea you want. We will then test the tea and send you back a sample based on our analysis. Once you have approved our sample, we will begin processing your order.

HOW DO I GET A SAMPLE ?

Kindly note that we do not give out free tea samples. Once you contact us, our team will ask you to send us a sample at your own cost. We will then send you back a sample of our recommended tea at our own cost.

If you require a sample without the option of sending our team a sample first, you will be charged for the sample.

DO YOU HAVE FAIRTRADE CERTIFIED TEA ?

Yes.

DO YOU HAVE RAINFOREST ALLIANCE CERTIFIED TEA ?

Yes.

DO YOU HAVE CERTIFIED ORGANIC TEA ?

Yes, we supply organic tea based on special orders.

Furthermore, almost all of the tea we supply uses no pesticides and herbicides during farming. We always encourage our clients to do their own testing in an accredited lab once they receive our sample.

DO YOU SUPPLY YOUR TEA IN TEA BAGS ?

No. We supply loose leaf tea packed in bulk tea sacks.

HOW DOES YOUR PRICING WORK ?

We categorize all our teas in the following groups: high quality, medium quality, and low quality. Once you send us a sample, we will test it and give you our prices based on the category you choose.
